Beltia Automotive respects your privacy and ensures that any personal information you provide to us remains confidential. Processing purposes and retention period
Beltia Automotive collects and processes data about you for the purposes described below. In this respect, we use both the data you provide us with and the data we collect ourselves (e.g. concerning your visit to our website). We keep personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes in question or for the period prescribed by law (obligation to keep accounting documents, etc.).
Execute your order
To process your order, we need your name, e-mail address, address, delivery address, payment details and sometimes also your telephone number. This will enable us to deliver your order and keep you informed of delivery progress. We are legally obliged to keep your order data for seven years.
Newsletters
You can subscribe to our monthly newsletter. It informs you about our special offers and actions, as well as our latest news. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via info@theclassiccarfactory.be.

We store this personal data on a secure server. You may request the deletion of your account information at any time. In any case, we will delete your data if you have not logged in for seven years.
Reviews
We value our visitors’ feedback. We only post reviews with your consent. If you wish to leave such an appreciation on our website, you can decide whether or not to make your name or other personal data visible to other visitors to the website. You can also use a pseudonym. Finally, you can also indicate whether you would like us to contact you regarding your assessment. We have the right to moderate ratings if they do not comply with our terms of use. Your rating is retained until you ask us to remove it.

Beltia Automotive does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share your data internally with our employees and freelancers. In addition, we only share data about you with third parties for :
